Led rebranding/repositioning effort to move firm upstream to pursue higher-quality financial advisors. Created successful DRIP marketing program. Redesigned website and company magazine. Working with top-producing financial advisor and key stakeholders, led the creation of firmwide practice management growth initiative. Conducted in-depth interview, dissecting and segmenting his practice into successful, repeatable steps and components. Worked with advisor to create a teachable, replicable, proven program that could be taught in a seminar format. Formulated and implemented plan to market program firmwide to target audience. Launched program in very successful debut to rave reviews and feedback. Worked with team to create tracking system for results, growth, and reward/award component.
